Important Notice

By accessing or using DeliKing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and DeliKing ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services.

By accessing our services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Our Services

DeliKing provides a platform that enables customers in Zimbabwe to purchase products from South African retailers through our forwarding service.

2.1 Service Description

  • Product sourcing from partnered South African retailers
  • Consolidation and quality checking at our South African warehouse
  • International forwarding to Zimbabwe
  • Last-mile delivery within Zimbabwe
  • Payment processing and currency conversion

2.2 Service Limitations

We do not manufacture, produce, or directly sell any products. We act as an intermediary service facilitating cross-border e-commerce.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to register for an account.

3.1 Account Registration

When you register for an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Order Process

The ordering process consists of the following steps:

  1. Product selection from supported retailers
  2. Cart review and checkout
  3. Payment authorisation and processing
  4. Order confirmation and processing
  5. Shipping and delivery updates

4.2 Payment Terms

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We accept payments via EcoCash, VISA, and other approved methods. Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

4.3 Price Changes

While we verify prices at checkout, retailer prices may change before we complete the purchase. We reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly and will notify you of any significant changes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

Standard delivery to Zimbabwe takes 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. These costs are displayed during checkout and include all forwarding fees, customs documentation, and local delivery.

5.3 Customs & Duties

We handle all customs documentation on your behalf. However, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by Zimbabwean authorities upon arrival.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

Due to the cross-border nature of our service, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for return inquiries.

6.1 Eligible Returns

  • Damaged or defective items received
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Items significantly different from description

6.2 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any non-refundable shipping and processing fees.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend services for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeliKing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7.3 Retailer Relationships

We are not responsible for product quality, availability, or pricing from third-party retailers. Any disputes regarding product quality should be directed to the original retailer.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) and other applicable data protection laws.

8.1 Data Collection

We collect necessary information to provide our services, including personal details, shipping addresses, and payment information.

8.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notices. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Notification: Major changes to these terms will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect.
